Bundesschatz, the new online retail savings product of the Republic of Austria, is now available at www.bundesschatz.at. "Bundesschätze" are securities of the Republic of Austria that can be purchased directly from the Austrian Treasury.
- Bundesschatz is available in various tenors ranging from one month to ten years. The minimum investment is as little as 100 euros.
- If you want to invest your money in a particularly sustainable way, Bundesschatz is also available in Green format with tenors of 6 months and 4 years. Proceeds raised through Green Bundesschatz are used exclusively to finance green expenditures and investments by the Republic of Austria.
- There are no fees or charges when you purchase Bundesschatz.
- The interest rates for the respective tenors are updated daily and are based on current market interest rates. They are always fixed for the entire term chosen. Bundesschatz has no price risk.
- Legitimisation & Authentication takes place exclusively via ID Austria (with full-function). This offers great advantages in terms of security and guarantees a quick and efficient account opening.
